Ingredients
- 6 very ripe plums, pitted and sliced into cubes
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
- 150g flour
- 75g butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
Pre-heat the oven to 180 ºC. Place the plums, sugar, orange juice and cinnamon in a pan. Mix and cook for 5-6 minutes until sugar dissolves. Separate composition in four small heat-resistant forms.
Mix flour and butter using a food processor until you’ll obtain a crumbly composition. Then add sugar and the oatmeal. Sprinkle mixture over the plums and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream!
